To be sure, we encourage you to buy it, try it out on a clean, dry surface, and if for any reason you don’t love it, you can return it to us within 30 days for an exchange for a full refund. Just make sure to hold onto the original packaging until you know it’s right.

Christmas Returns Period Extended
Bikes bought between the 15th of October and 15th of December, qualify for an extended returns date until 15th January. Bikes must be returned clean, dry, undamaged and in original packaging. View our Warranty/Returns policy.

Shipping Charges: Any expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Split order returns: Only the goods received back will be refunded if you return a part of the order. We will refund any applicable shipping costs on a pro-rata basis. ( EG order two jerseys and return one, we will refund any difference in shipping costs if applicable).
Returns: must be returned complete with the order number to the address specified by our customer service team.
Please return in original packaging and well protected from potential damage.
Tracked Couriers: We suggest that you use a tracked shipping carrier to ensure the bike is physically back with us before the end of 30 calendar days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method you used to purchase.
Bikes: We encourage you to try out your new bike. You may assemble it, make sure it’s the right size, and test it out on a clean, dry surface indoors. If you feel you need to test the bike outside to see whether it’s the right bike, go for it. Please treat this as a bike shop test ride in a car park. Try to keep the bike looking clean and new, and don’t take the bike on a long ride, dirt trails, or through mud. We’re all about letting little ones get dirty on their bikes, but please wait until you are sure you want to keep the bike before setting your little rider loose in the dirt.
Accessories: Items must be clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Helmets: Must be returned with original tags attached and in original box and packaging.
